Return Conditions

We accept returns only if:
✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:
❌ The item has been opened, unsealed, or used.
❌ The original packaging has been torn, damaged, or altered.
❌ The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
❌ The issue is related to personal taste preferences rather than product quality.


How to Request a Return

  2. Provide Proof: Share clear pictures/videos of the item and packaging to verify the issue.
  3. Return Approval: Once verified, we will guide you on how to return the product.
  4. Refund/Replacement: After receiving the returned item, we will process either a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Refund Policy

If eligible, we will process a full refund within 2 to 7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via bank account

If you prefer, we can also provide a replacement instead of a refund.
